Hi, I’m Shannon, the founder of Selah Jewelry. I’m a proud Midwesterner and a mom of five, and so much of what I create is inspired by my love for faith, family, and the little moments that make up everyday life.

Selah began in 2021 at local craft fairs and vendor markets. I still remember how special it felt connecting with women face-to-face and helping them find pieces that felt meaningful to them—pieces that felt like them.
As a busy mom, I needed jewelry that could actually keep up with real life. I wanted pieces that were not only beautiful, but also durable, low-maintenance, and easy to wear without a second thought and that is what led me to stainless steel.
Every piece I offer is something I would wear myself—simple, meaningful, and made to be lived in. My hope is that when you wear your jewelry, it becomes a piece you wear daily— simple, meaningful, and made to move with you through real life.

What does Selah mean? 

Selah is a biblical word found in the Psalms, often understood to mean "pause and reflect."

It's an invitation to slow down, take a breath, and be present and carries the idea of resting in God’s truth and reflecting on His faithfulness in the busyness of our lives.

Why stainless steel jewelry?

At Selah Jewelry, we use medical grade 316L stainless steel, a premium material known for its strength, lasting shine, and everyday durability. 

Unlike many traditional metals, stainless steel is made to keep up with real life.  It's waterproof and safe to wear in the shower, at the pool, or during daily activities.

It's also tarnish-resistant, meaning it won't fade, rust, or discolor over time.  For those with sensitive skin, 316L stainless steel is hypoallergenic and widely used in medical and surgical environments for its skin-friendly properties.

The result is jewelry that stays beautiful, requires little maintenance, and can be worn confidently every day.
